If I were to offer any feedback for improvement, there are two points I’d like to mention:
1. Regarding the design, there was a placeholder image inside the desk that wasn’t one of our images, and I hadn’t noticed it in the mock-ups. It wasn’t a major issue, as most people didn’t see it and we were standing behind the desk anyway.
2. The timing of the setup could have been communicated a little more clearly. We were initially unsure when your team would arrive, though it was a pleasant surprise to find the bulk of the work already completed two days before the exhibition began.

The assembly team with an experienced technician on site (important!) was able to carry out the assembly work efficiently (it takes some time to erect a modular system, I think technical improvements are possible, such as using a "click" system for LED lamps instead of a "strap" system, see the white plastic ties for fixing the lamps on the left in the photo) - all visitors without exception told us that "our" stand was by far the most beautiful at the whole exhibition - many asked about the supplier of the stand, I showed the NEOSYSTEM QR code on the stand, and this way you will get many new contacts (and maybe contracts) as a result 😊 - I filled in the quality satisfaction form and gave 5/5 on all points, as there were no negative comments.

We had a cultural misunderstanding about the coffee machine, but it depends on the fact that we are Italian and as you probably know, coffee is sacred to us…
To us Italians, when we ask for a coffee machine, we mean a coffee machine + everything that is needed to make coffee (capsules, disposable coffee cups, sugar etc.). To us, it is a default setting and I made dozens of expositions and never specified that I needed everything.
I understand that for other cultures “coffee machine” means “coffee machine”. 😊
I just tell you this because if you have other Italian customers, it is better to specify it to them and advise them on the brand and type of coffee machine so that they can provide capsules.

The delivered stand was great, and we are happy about how it looked and the warehouse space that we had to put our goods and merchandising.
One thing that we saw after the fair is that the logo of the company could have been bigger and used in both superior corners of the stand to make it more visible to the people walking around the hall.
The displayed products looked great on the shelves and the podiums worked as desired to showcase catalogues and to make them more accessible to our visitors.

About the stand, we were very happy, and it was ready when we arrived to the fair, for what we were very grateful for. Clean lines, everything was where it was supposed to be, and we were surprised how easy for use the storage room was! As small as it was, it was wide and useful enough for the fair. Next to our stand was another regular stand, from a Spanish company, and they had already worked with you in an earlier show, and they told us they also felt very happy with the decision of hiring your company for building the stand (this time they didn’t, as they wanted to change the design).
For our next fair in Madrid we’ll ask for a new design, let's see if this works out too, and we’ll be working with you at Motortec 😉
