For Vitafoods Europe 2023 the Better Stands Programme was introduced, an Informa initiative to move away from single-use disposable stands at our events. This means there are key changes to our stand construction guidelines to move towards this goal, improving not only sustainability but also the safety, efficiency and customer experience onsite at the event.

These guidelines were communicated to you – the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) regularly before the event, via the Exhibitor Manual and during the stand plan approval process.

The Better Stands programme has been divided into three key stages – Bronze, Silver and Gold. An explanation of each stage is detailed below.

· Silver – congratulations! You’re already ahead, and 2024 and beyond is your chance to become even more sustainable.
